OptimAI is building an EVM-compatible Layer-2 Reinforcement Data Network on OP Stack. OptimAI nodes operate at the edge, capturing data including text, images, and content from public web sources, social platforms, and authenticated services. Initial processing occurs locally on user devices. Raw or sensitive data is not transmitted to the network at this stage.

The network applies privacy techniques to introduce controlled noise while preserving data utility. Secure multi-party computation enables aggregated insights without exposing individual contributions. The system is designed to comply with GDPR and CCPA standards, aligning data collection with regulatory requirements and user expectations.
Community Validation Through DeHIN
Data refinement is performed through a decentralized human intelligence network. Participants intepret, clean, and validate data using reinforcement-learning-from-human-feedback workflows. This process produces domain-specific, high-quality datasets that are current, diverse, and sourced the right way. These datasets are better suited for agent training than static or outdated public compilation.
Node Ecosystem
OptimAI supports a tiered node architecture:
- Lite Nodes operate through browsers or messaging interfaces and focus on lightweight data mining and validation
- Core Nodes provide full DePIN support, including GPU, CPU, memory, and storage for annotation, aggregation, and compute-intensive tasks
- Edge Nodes enable mobile, on-device contributions for real-time data capture and processing
As of early 2026, the network has deployed more than 930,000 nodes across 179 countries. This global distribution generates a continuous stream of high-context reinforcement data, supporting agents that must adapt across regions, markets, and use cases.
Decentralized Inference and Agent Execution
OptimAI also delivers decentralized AI-as-a-Service focused on inference and agent execution at the edge.
The inference layer leverages shared DePIN resources such as idle GPUs, CPUs, and bandwidth to deliver low-latency, cost-efficient execution. Workloads are dynamically balanced across nodes, with proximity-based routing to reduce latency and bandwidth usage. Fault tolerance and checkpointing ensure reliability across distributed environments.
